Creatively Serving Client Needs

In addition to the full spectrum extended learning services we offer to parents, KLC School Partnerships can also deliver options for our client partners, including onsite employee childcare, serving teachers and district employees, with the added benefits this service brings.

KLC School Partnerships employee childcare centers are state licensed, which ensures that:

• All fire and safety codes are carefully followed
• Staff are properly credentialed and receive the correct training to meet children's needs
• State-mandated staff-to-child ratios are maintained
• Classroom facilities are suitable to address the needs of varied age groups

In addition to licensing, several KLC School Partnerships' childcare facilities have obtained NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) accreditation. Obtaining NAEYC status means that these facilities have achieved the highest level of quality and care possible in the field of the education and care of young children.

A Model KLC School Partnerships Employee Center

KLC School Partnerships has a highly successful employee childcare center in place for our Gages Lake, Illinois, Woodland School District client. We provide childcare to over 200 children of district employees, ages six weeks to five years. Prior to opening the employee childcare center, we had a significant presence in the district, serving area families and approximately 1,000 children in before and after school and kindergarten enrichment programs. We continue to provide these programs.
