Science Adventures has been designing, teaching, and administering science education programs for children grades K-6 for over 20 years.
Program Options
Summer Science Day CampsWeek-long science day camp programs offered throughout the summer in a casual outdoor or indoor setting. This program is presented in cooperation with botanical gardens, museums, universities, arboretums, and parks and recreation departments. Children are introduced to thematic science concepts as they build projects, conduct experiments, and take part in a variety of science activities.
Science AssembliesSchool-wide interactive science presentations designed for large groups. Both students and teachers get an in-depth, unforgettable introduction to Science Adventures programs during a Science Adventures Assembly.
After-School Science ClubsLearn-by-doing science club programs once a week throughout the year at elementary schools or community centers. Children are introduced to science concepts through hands-on experiments, activities, and take-home science projects while sharing in science discovery. New activities and topics are presented each year.
Classroom VisitsScience learning adventures presented in a classroom setting. All materials are provided for every student to experience a hands-on project or activity. Lesson selection includes all areas of science and is designed to introduce scientific concepts and develop skills that relate to National Science Standards. Lessons are adapted to K-6 grade levels.
Family Science NightsFamily Science Nights on the school campus or at community centers. They feature exciting demonstrations, experiments, and make-and-take science projects for the whole family to enjoy. The evening is educational and entertaining and introduces the entire family to the Science Adventures' learning experience.
Associates ProgramsPrograms to assist organizations that wish to conduct Science Day Camps and After School Club programs at locations where Science Adventures is not conducting programs in its traditional format.
