Champions Tutoring Program instructors identify clearly defined reading and mathematics learning goals for each student based on assessment results. Progress reports determine if these learning goals are actually being achieved. • Provides FREE parent workshops (both in English and Spanish) on topics such as demystifying standardized tests and helping children with homework
• Distributes monthly newsletters that offer abundant tips on understanding NCLB and helping children achieve
• Shares our knowledge at statewide parent conferences
• Incorporates staff volunteerism at community carnivals, reading/literacy fairs, and summer schools
• Donates supplies, refreshments and other support to Community Based Organizations (CBOs)

Private Pay Tutoring Option

KLC School Partnerships can also provide private-pay tutorial programs and has done so for several district clients. We target specific skills deficiencies with our clients and work closely with classroom teachers. Our programs demonstrate measurable skills improvement. We tailor programs to address each district's specific learning goals.
